They are used for industrial, commercial, and broadcast applications within electrical cabinets, for connecting subassemblies to a metal chassis or ground point, and for any special application where a high quality tinned copper braid is required.
Especially good for bridging hinges on vehicles to get automotive ground to the antenna, and for grounding antennas and radial systems outdoors.
Ground straps with ring terminals are made of high quality tinned copper braid in various widths and lengths and terminated with machine crimped and hand soldered terminals. Heat shrink tubing over the terminals provides strain relief and durability.
The diameter of the ring terminals is 6.35 mm, ideal for holding an M6 screw.
